Week 1 Mission: Authenticity

Being OK.

The key to confidence is in being OK with things that in the past would cause you to worry, be afraid, anxious, uncomfortable, self-conscious or any kind of negative emotion. 

Instead of spending years trying to fix these emotions, there's a hack - it is in simply, becoming OK with it. 
Week 1 Mission:

​Take 5 min in the morning, and 5 min in the evening, and simply repeat the incantations out loud as you wrote in your exercise.  ​

    To make sure you do your mission, commit. 
    Write your commitment statement below and click submit. 

    Write your commitment like this:

    "I (Your Name) hereby commit, that in the following week I will spend 5 min in the morning
    and 5 min in the evening repeating my incantations out loud, in peace and quiet with the
    intention of dealing with my insecurities and becoming OK with the things that used to bother
    me.

    ​I give my word and I solemnly swear to do my mission fully and in it's entirety.
     "
