Refund Policy
1 ON 1 COACHING
Every coaching relationship can have a different refund policy arrangement. However, if there is a dispute between the coach and the coachee, the following refund policy applies.
When working with people, we can give 100% on our part, however, if the other person doesn't give 100%, we can't guarantee results.
We created this refund policy on a fair basis, where we can protect the coach and the student. We are operating primarily to make a positive difference to the world, not to make money or scam anyone. We have devoted years of trial and error into our programs and made sure they are world-class.
All of our coaches passed rigorous program training and are highly qualified. However, sometimes the student will not "click" with the coach. For that reason, we wanted to protect the student from a coach that doesn't work for him, and also to protect the coach from an "uninvolved student" who just had an idea to ask for a refund because he doesn't feel like doing the work anymore.
For this reason, we have a refund policy of 30 days. If you can show us that you have given your 100% with the work you had with your coach and still were not happy with your progress, you can either ask for a new coach, or ask for a refund within 30 days of starting your coaching relationship.
After 30 days since the start of your coaching, there are no refunds.
The reason being because we feel that 30 days is a reasonable amount of time to find out if your coach works for you or not.
Scenarios we have encountered in the past:
> Scenario #1: A person will join the program, do all the exercises, be involved in the process, send 3 emails per week - but he would feel that the coach isn't delivering his part. He feels that he is doing his best, but the coach isn't into it enough. Within 30 days of starting the program, the person can ask for a different coach or ask for a refund. After 30 days, there are no refunds.
> Scenario #2: A person will join a coaching program, and expect the coach to do all the work. He doesn't send 3 emails per week, he is not involved in the process, and does not take responsibility for doing his part in the program. Even though the person asks for a refund within 30 days, he is not eligible for it, because the coach delivered - the coachee did not.
We found this to be a manipulative tactic from the side of the person joining the program, when the "magic bullet" of someone else solving their problem doesn't work, so they take it out on the coach. We feel the need to protect our coaches from these kind of clients, so we can focus on delivering the maximum amount of value for people who actually want to learn and do the work.
> Scenario #3: The person joins the program, but after a while decides it is too much "work" and that he doesn't feel like it anymore. He decides to ask for a refund. In this case, the person is not eligible for a refund. 1 on 1 coaching is our most premium product, and it is not an electronic product - it's someone's real life time. If your coach gives 100% and you don't feel like it anymore, you can discontinue your participation in the program and the subsequent future payments, however, you are not eligible for a refund.
> Scenario #4: The person joins the program and shows up on the first session. Everything works well between the coach and the student. They set up a time for call #2, on which the student doesn't show up without a prior notice. After couple of days the student asks for a refund and asks to be excluded from the program. The student is entitled to a full refund, minus the cost of the session that he didn't attend without letting the coach know. The cost of the session is the cost of the monthly investment divided by the number of monthly calls. Example: If the cost of the monthly investment is 1000 USD and there are 4 monthly calls, the price of the session is 250 USD. The student is entitled to 750 USD of a refund. If the student had notified the coach about his request to discontinue the program prior the call (or during, as it fits within the first 30 days), he would be entitled to a full refund. The purpose of this rule is to protect our coaches and their time from irresponsible students.
If for any reason you fit into the scenario #2 or #3 or #4 type of a student, and you are not satisfied with the refund policy, please understand you are eligible for defamation lawsuit if you try to harm the image of the company in any way.
